STATES WITHIN THE CITY OF CHICAGO CRIMINALS GO FREE WHILE THE POLICING AGENCIES USE PICKING UP "BLACKS AND HISPANIC'S" AS A MEANS TO FUND CITY BASED OP'S WITHIN URBAN COMMUNITIES. FOSTER CARE HAS BECOME A FAST GROWING INDUSTRY, PROVIDING MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS TO THOSE WITHIN THE SYSTEM TIED BACK INTO THE COURTS.

Is Illinois Court System Worse than the Days of Greylord?

Once within the Court system Men and Women face the lack of lawyers due to the lack of money while the system makes more and more money off the backs of the poor.

Children are placed into homes whereby the system lacks the ability to watch for sexually abuse and kidnappings, No one can coup nor can they do anything to correct this nightmare once placed within the system.

The lack of Housing, Jobs which are being replaced with Hispanic population whereby companies can worked them without rights to drive cars legally, without insurance and if they fullfill the needs of the employer they can call on them as being "Illegal" and NOT PAY THEM A DIME, many end up deported. This new slave labor industry has caused many Blacks to loss out on employment here in Illinois.

Those within the Government of Illinois are allowing Thousands upon thousands of Blacks the become violated along with the poor and handicap relating the Toll Authority Outrageouse Fees, Chicago Public Transit moving rates higher and higher whereby the poor, needy, handicap, can not afford the travel.

Giving to leverage to the laws on the books, the Chicago Public Transit Authority refuse to make affordable transportation to protected classes. They have now elected to increase fares here over 70% there will be no transfer issuance nothing to give those who have little the right to go to the doctor, seek employer and or anything else.

Within the Black Communities of Chicago, Illinois

men and women are finding that there cars are being ticketed so much that they just abandon them. The fees are so much and outrageouse they can the get any relief from anywhere. And without the Bankruptcy laws to save them they are all reared in a system to set them into Debtors prison just like in England of per-slavery days in the United States. Therefore are they setting these thing up so that they can develop another form of Slave workers who will be just within the corporate system to payoff massive credit card debt. The Justice Department is not intersted in this nor are they investigating human rights violations which are occuring all over the USA but more in Chicago Illinois.

They Are Claiming Blacks are Getting too Much Money for College Please!

While there are thousands upon thousands of foreign Students coming into Illinois within the last few days someone decided to launch a campaign against Blacks on a Reverse Discrimination charge because they claimed Blacks get more money. Those same people launched the same campaign within the University of Michigan whereby they're claims disappeared.

For one more and more grants and program assistance is going to Whites non American's and no one will say a word about this why? And why bring this forth again after this same issue failed in Michigan its Racism and if a Black dares to speak his and or her mind about this they are "PLAYING THE RACE CARD WHY? "
